As Travis Kelce’s bye weekend continues, he and Taylor Swift stepped out for yet another date night.
On October 12, one night after their double date with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, the couple were photographed on a more intimate, one-on-one outing the Michelin-star Italian restaurant, Torrisi. And if you thought Swift’s black Gucci corset and leather-effect miniskirt were Reputation-coded, just wait. According to Swifties, her golden ‘fit was filled with clues that Rep (TV) is coming soon.
Of course, many focussed on Swift’s Roberto Cavalli monogram shoulder bag, which plainly features two snakes surrounding a large “R.” Of course, that “R” represents the brand’s name, though fans assume it holds a different meaning to Swift. As Taylor Swift style expert Sarah Chappell also pointed out, Roberto Cavalli’s creative director Fausto Puglisi designed Swift’s Reputation bodysuit for the Eras Tour.
But that wasn’t the only Easter egg fans discovered. With every item quickly identified by Chappell, fans learned Annie’s Ibiza golden Ivy corset and miniskirt are not gold at all—they’re actually a “green deadstock velvet fabric.” This would not be the first time Swift sent her fans into a frenzy with a green velvet look…
As for Swift’s chunky Versace mules—it’s all in the details. According to fans, the brand’s signature Medusa head medallion is as clear a reference to Reputation as any snake-pattern boot or bag the singer has worn. “The black toenail polish was the icing on the sent me to orbit serving that is this look,” one fan commented on a roundup of all the Easter eggs, therefore adding one more.
Another suggested Kelce’s own blue polo was a reference Swift’s self-titled debut album—the only other re-recording she has left to release. Could that mean Debutation double-drop is on the way? You can see the photos of Swift and Kelce here and decide for yourself.
