RWC Western Sydney expand residential development arm

Ray White Commercial Western Sydney has hired Danny Shi and Tao Shi as they look to bolster their residential development arm.

The Announcement:

RWC Western Sydney, a dynamic commercial real estate agency based in Parramatta, has recently expanded its residential development arm with two new hires; Danny Shi and Tao Shi, Asian Investment Services.

This announcement comes off the back of RWC Western Sydney’s expansion into industrial real estate late last year with new hire Owen White.

Managing Director RWC Western Sydney, Peter Vines, said the Asian Investment Services (AIS) division launched three years ago has seen impressive growth.

“The initiative was created to provide a fully integrated commercial property advisory for Sydney’s Asian investors and developers, with Danny and Tao being impressive additions to the team,” Mr Vines said.

“Alongside the Transport Oriented Development Program by the NSW Government being a focus, Danny and Tao will be able to provide their expertise to assist our clients on acquiring diverse sites for their portfolio.”

The duo have a combined two decades of transactions of over $ 1.2 billion worth of assets.

Having previously played a major part in the redevelopment of landscape across Lane Cove, Chatswood, Macquarie Park, St Leonards, Epping and Ku-ring-gai LGA, the duo are looking to further build out the AIS division to continue providing clients a seamless movement between Australia and Asia.

“We’re looking forward to working with the experienced team in the AIS Division,” Danny Shi and Tao Shi said.

“The unique offering of AIS is something that drew us to the role where we look to work closely with the team to build the best AIS team in Sydney.

“Separately to this, with the NSW Government’s Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Program, we’re looking forward to using our expertise in the development landscape to further provide our clients with opportunities to leverage sites to further strengthen their portfolios.”

Ray White Commercial Asian Investment Services is a Sydney-based business, borne out of a need for a commercial property advisory service that spans the full lifecycle of commercial property investment, from sales to leasing and asset management, and back to sales, whilst also catering to the long-term needs of its culturally and linguistically diverse local and overseas clientele.
