Gomez posted the happy news on Instagram on December 11, with a carousel of photos showing off her new engagement ring—a marquise diamond with a diamond eternity band, in case you were wondering. She wrote in the caption, “forever begins now..” And in the comments, bestie Taylor Swift has already volunteered to be in the bridal party, joking (presumably), “Yes I will be the flower girl.”
Gomez and Blanco’s other well-wishers include stylist Erin Walsh, who commented, “SEL,” with a plethora of emojis; Lily Collins, writing, “Ahhhhhhhh yes yes yes!! Best news ever. Couldn’t be more happy for you both”; and Lil Nas X, who congratulated Gomez, “OMMGGGGG CONGRATSSS AHHH.”
